Hours of Operation
MPI, Inc. is open from 8.30a.m. to 6:00p.m. Monday thru Friday.
We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and for major holidays.

Payment Options
MPI, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Checks are accepted with the understanding that if they are returned for any reason a non-refundable $25.00 fee will be due.

Copyrighted Material
Anyone submitting material to Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. without a copyright release will be claiming to be the copyright holder. You will be assuming total liability for any infringements to the current copyright laws. If you did not take the picture - you probably do not own the copyright. Compliance is generally as easy as calling the photographer and requesting a copyright release.

Guide Matching
If you would like to match an original image it must be submitted with the original order. We cannot match an original we do not have. If you are unsure if you should send the original then send the original and tell us to use our best judgement. We will match the original or improve on the original if needed. We cannot guarantee a side by side match of materials such as cloth, oil paintings, originals from offset printing, or from prints made with different materials than we use.

Remakes
We want to make you happy! We will remake any print to your satisfaction for any reason, but we reserve the right to charge for the remake if it is determined that the cause of the problem is due to the service level ordered, lack of submission of an original to match, or lack of sufficient instructions or incorrect instructions, etc.

Deadlines
If you have a deadline you need to meet, please let us know on the front end. We will work with you to meet your obligations. Some cases may require extra costs such as rush fees or expedited shipping fees.

Prices, Terms, and Services can change at any time.
Given the speed at which the industry is changing we reserve the right to change any service or price at anytime without notice.

Limit of Liability
Submission of any film, print, artwork, digital media or other material to Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. or its agents for processing, printing, or handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss to the material submitted due to any reason or cause including, but not limited to, our negligence or other fault, fire, flood, storm, theft, or mechanical failure will only entitle you to a replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing or digital media. The acceptance of film, prints, artwork, or digital media by Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. is without other expressed or implied warranty of liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. assumes no liability for loss or damage to orders in transit to or from Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the mounting of any item not produced by Memphis Professional Imaging, Inc.

Not responsible for items left more than 90 days.
